Fees

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (80 minutes): $115

Individual/Couples/Family Psychotherapy (50 minutes): $85

Group Therapy (90 minutes): $40

(We accept payment by cash, check or credit card).

Insurance

We will file insurance claims for some BlueCross/BlueShield policies. Please contact your BCBS insurance company to determine your copay amount and other costs, including deductibles.

For other policies, you will need to pay for the session in full at the time of service and we will provide you with paperwork that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many companies will provide reimbursement for “out-of-network” services.

If you have questions about whether or not our services are covered by your insurance, please contact your insurance company and inquire about your coverage for “out-of-network providers.”

Missed Appointments

Individuals who cancel appointments without 24 hours notice will be charged a missed appointment fee for the cost of the entire session.
